With a background in architecture, building construction, and property development, Jonathan brings to projects a robust knowledge base of constructability and cost.

With extensive experience in leading the procurement of ground-breaking residential and commercial projects in Australia, he employs an insightful multi-disciplinary approach in ensuring successful built outcomes amidst confronting and challenging design conditions.

Jonathan has been involved in numerous projects, from inception to completion, with development values of up to AUD$80 million. These range from large-scale mixed-used residential and retail projects to complex 5 star Green Star rated commercial towers. He has held multiple roles that include client/consultant liaison, design value management, coordinating personnel and resources, as well as the management of budget and cost for the successful and timely delivery of projects.

Jonathan leads Konzepte’s constant pursuit of innovation in design, construction, and management practices.
